In many, if not all states is not legal. They say that if you are on a motorcycle should be able to sit on a saddle. Baby seats are good, but a 2nd Person riding in bars or ankles not. If you have done, is the neighborhood that I can not imagine that you have a ticket though. At least cut has failed.
It is "illegal" someone on your bike have down, but it is dangerous. The policeman was looking for safety. I could not run well or a ticket for.
